1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 188j ("188j," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 188j online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 188j (the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 188j Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Register only one (1) account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your 188j account.

188j reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 188j account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 188j immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 188j account and update it regularly.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

188j will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your 188j account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 188j of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 188j Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 188j accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are generally credited to your 188j wallet within seconds, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 188j reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.

188j uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in real time.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 188j's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed conclusive. 188j will not be liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 188j staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 188j Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 188j or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 188j Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 188j Platform without prior written consent.
• Use any 188j trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or account balances subsequently corrected by 188j.

188j's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 188j account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

188j collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 188j Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination for cause, 188j reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and wagered funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

14. Amendments
